Can I change my ticket?

You can modify your reservation based on the type of ticket purchased. These changes may incur additional fees. We invite you to consult our general sales conditions (at the bottom of the page) to learn about the application terms.

1. If you purchased your ticket on the La Méridionale website and provided you have created a customer account, you can modify it freely from your personal space.
   
2. If you purchased your ticket on our site without creating an account, at one of our agencies, or by phone, please contact our advisors at 0970 83 20 20 (call price, service free)
   
3. In other cases, contact the operator from whom you purchased the ticket.
