An option to take out when you book your ticket to Corsica or to Morocco
Our tickets to the Island of Beauty, to Marseille and to Morocco may be modified or refunded based on the pricing conditions of the price applied at the time of purchase. Ticket modification or cancellation incurs costs.
For greater flexibility in the event of unforeseen circumstances, remember to take out one of our insurance plans.
All you need to do is mention it during the "Extras" step when booking online or, even easier, to your adviser on the phone.
Insurance for your return trip to Corsica or Morocco
Two types of insurance are proposed when you book your return ticket for Morocco or Corsica.
Plenitude plan
The 'Plenitude' plan is the most complete. It covers cases of pandemic and provides coverage in the event the crossing or a departure is cancelled or modified pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of Insurance.
It provides coverage for the deterioration, theft or loss of your personal items and luggage, the breakdown service and towing of your vehicle in the event of breakdown or accident, the repatriation of your family as well as hotel costs.
The Plenitude insurance costs 14 euros per passenger, irrespective of the price of your crossing to Corsica or Morocco.
Zen plan
On presentation of supporting documents, the 'Zen' plan provides coverage in the event of ticket cancellation or modification or a missed departure.
It also provides coverage for the deterioration, theft or loss of your personal items, the breakdown service and towing of your vehicle in the event of breakdown or accident, the repatriation of your family as well as hotel costs.
The Zen plan costs 7 euros per passenger, for a Marseille-Corsica or Marseille-Tanger-Med crossing.
One-way insurance
Plenitude and Zen plans are not available for one-way tickets.
Basic plan
The Basic plan applies for one-way trips to Marseille, Tangier and Corsica. It provides coverage in the event of ticket cancellation or modification or a missed departure, supporting documents required.
It costs €3.50 per passenger.
Travellers, whether they have insurance coverage or not, should inform the shipping company as quickly as possible if they cannot board the ferry to Morocco or to Corsica.
For all bookings:
- Administrative and modification fees are not refundable.
- The cost for taking out an insurance plan is not refundable
- Tax and port fees are always refundable.
