Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your crossing before the scheduled departure date. If you purchased your ticket on the La Méridionale website and have an account, log in and go to the My Reservations section.
In other cases, contact our agency at 0970 83 20 20 or the agency where you purchased the tickets. Depending on the fare selected at the time of booking, fees will apply.

• With the Flex fare, the ticket is refundable with a deduction.
• With the Standard fare, the ticket is non-refundable.

If you have taken out cancellation insurance, cancellation fees may be refunded according to the terms of the insurance contract.
