What is meant by a person with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Due to their health condition, some passengers require special attention, particularly during boarding and disembarking. On board our ships and in accordance with legislation, any person experiencing difficulties using public transport is considered a person with reduced mobility (PRM). This includes:
- elderly people
- pregnant women over 5 months
- wheelchair users
- visually impaired individuals
- hearing impaired individuals
- medically dependent individuals
- short-statured individuals
- individuals with cognitive/psychological disabilities.
