Can I cancel my online reservation?

You may cancel your crossing before the scheduled departure date.

Here’s how to proceed:

• If you purchased your ticket on the La Méridionale website and have an account, log in and go to the “My bookings” section.
• If you booked online without creating an account or if you purchased your crossing directly from La Méridionale, please contact our agency at +33 970 83 20 20.
• In all other cases, please contact the agency that issued the ticket, as only they are authorized to process the cancellation.

Depending on the fare selected at the time of booking, cancellation fees may apply. These depend on the chosen fare and the time between the cancellation date and the departure date.

• With the Flex fare, the ticket is refundable subject to a deduction.
• With the Standard fare, the ticket is non-refundable.

In all cases, it is recommended to cancel your ticket as early as possible.

The amount of cancellation fees is detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at the bottom of the page. If you have taken out cancellation insurance, the cancellation fees may be reimbursed according to the terms defined in the insurance policy.
