How can I use my credit?
In the event of the cancellation or modification of your crossing, La Méridionale may offer you the option to receive a credit note.
You can use your credit by booking directly with one of our La Méridionale agencies or by phone at 0970 83 20 20. Simply provide the advisor with the credit number and your name, and they will apply it to your reservation.
This credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance of the original ticket. It is not possible to extend this duration. This credit is personal. It cannot be transferred to a friend or a family member.
