Freight rates to Corsica

The rate depends on the type of vehicle. The freight transport contract to Corsica is concluded from quay to quay. This means that the crossing as well as the loading and unloading costs are included in the rate.

Which VAT applies ? The General Tax Code (CGI) in its article 262.II paragraph 11 exempts from VAT freight transport between Corsica and the mainland in both directions.
